Roses Chinese Resaurant - Warwick

We have been in roses several times in recent years and have found the waitress quite rude. we haven't checked in the past, but after she had hanged on me last week, I had to say something. When I was writing back to ask the question I was in the middle when she had hanged, she was rude again and blew the phone before she answered it rudely. I can't see that we're back to roses and definitely not recommend.
