Írjon visszajelzéstThat being said, my five-star rating is solely for the food. My first experience with the service, unfortunately, was far from satisfactory—I'd rate it closer to 0 out of 5. I ordered online through Eat24, and my pizza arrived in about 35 minutes. Around 1:00 AM, I received a call from the driver, but my phone didn't ring; I only got a voicemail. I returned the call at 1:02 AM, only to find that the driver had already left. I had to convince him to come back, and he did so reluctantly with a sigh. I was puzzled as to how he managed to come and go without knocking on my door. When I went downstairs after his call saying he was here, I discovered he was still sitting in his car. He never got out; if he had, he could have rung the doorbell and caught my attention. Since it was raining, I ended up picking up my delivery pizza directly from his car. After grabbing the pizza, I thanked him, and as I walked back, he had the gall to say, "That's it?" I was taken aback and replied, "Excuse me?" He then asked, "Where's the tip?" I mentioned I had included it on my credit card, and he responded, "But I came twice." This encounter sums up the poor service I experienced. Fortunately, I reached out to Eat24 about what happened. The representative I spoke with immediately relayed my story to the store manager, who was understandably upset and apologized for my experience. They even issued me a refund for the poor service. I hope this was just an isolated incident with a bad delivery driver. As long as the pizza remains top-notch, I'll continue to order from Al Cappuccino's.
