Glover Park Grill - Washington

Not as good as usual. The front room was freezing so we were moved to the main dining room. That was nice, but the music was blaring. They turned it down for us so we could talk. That was fine until they turned the lights down also and we couldn't see the menus.

Excellent service, salad was good, fries were great. As a native of D.C. that may have been the worst crab cake my wife and I have ever consumed. We will likely give it another go based on the excellent service and just order a non-seafood item next time.

I’ve had a good experience at Glover Park Grill, but on this night we had the worst service I’ve ever seen. Took about 40 minutes (and several reminders) before our drink orders came. After about an hour, I was told that my main course was not available. I hope this was just a temporary staffing issue; I will wait a while before returning.

They went the extra mile to be sure our family had a great experience. The tour of Italy was a great dish. And the date salad was so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The size of the portions very well ... but they take a long time the dishes. And there weren't many people.
