Írjon visszajelzéstI had a craving for takeout and ordered pasta bolognese and chicken parm, which arrived on time on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, the chicken parm was disappointing; it was undercooked and quite chewy. Fortunately, I was able to cook it a bit more in the microwave. The bolognese was acceptable, with a nice, flavorful sauce.
This was my first time at I'm Eddie Cano, and while the atmosphere was inviting and friendly, the food did not meet my expectations. I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan, which unfortunately did not come with any pasta on the side. The portion size was quite small, and the eggplant was overcooked, lacking flavor, and had a fibrous texture. I've had better sauce from a store-bought jar. My wife ordered the ravioli carbonara, but that was also disappointing. The pasta was undercooked, much firmer than al dente, and the filling was not up to par.
I won't be returning. The customer service was terrible. The hostess was overly pushy when I was trying to place a takeout order. I ordered a glass of wine while I waited, and when the bartender asked if I liked it, I said "not really." I expected him to inquire further or try to make it right, but he didn't. He barely allowed me to finish my sentence.
Woo! When I stopped to ask for a seat, I saw too many people on outdoor dining were sitting and enjoying the food and drink. Nice staff, great drinks, good food. Good location
Stopped in after an Alton Brown book signing across the street. Book in hand, I asked for a seat and sat for an easy 10 minutes before approached by anyone. In the same time a pair of women were seated next to me, delivered water, drink orders, and a discussion of the menu. When I finally was served, I ordered orecchiette, which ended up being quite tasty, well spiced sausage with a decent sauce. Plate was dropped off, and that was the last I saw of my waiter until we?ll
