Every time I’m in Washington this is the must place to stop. LOVE the staff a d beer. So comfy last weekend spending the rainy day sitting by the fire pit “inside” with blankets on each chair.

We loved the atmosphere. It was cold and rainy outside and inside the restaurant it was warm and inviting. The service was great. The food and beer selection was good. The tables were well spaced out. We felt safe dining inside. You are required to wear a mask. A really enjoyable experience.

This place is fantastic. I'm very happy and proud to support a Washington tradition. Beer brewed fresh, meals cooked to order and a really caring and friendly staff.

After the last 4 stops here, will never go back; each visit was more and more bizarre. The place is always mostly empty, takes forever to get food and they will never bring salads out before meal; order fried fish and it was raw inside, asked to cook it longer and brought it back again raw; But it's the waitstaff that is the most disconcerting. Asked for a straw the young man with a bun, really young looking refused to give it to me cause I am killing turtles! Finally, he reluctantly gave it to me; but every time you ask for something, you get a lecture from some server with the most bizarre arguments ever and THEY NEVER stop! Very unsettling and the food is just not good anymore. Since we aren't beer drinkers and like wine, don't go there, cause if you ask for a small taste to see if you like it, it won't happen and a 20 minute lecture will ensue on HOW THEY ARE GIVING AWAY DOZENS OF FREE BOTTLES OF WINE AND ALL THE WINERIES NOW CHARGE FOR TASTINGS!!!!! Geez

We came here on a whim and was looking for a good app and decent beer. Although their traditional buffalo dip was a slightly different recipe thAn they usually use (per server), it was fantastic. The general manager went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was top notch. I had the Jacks blonde which exceeded my expectations and my husband has the double ipa which was good and strong . I will come back again and would recommend for anyone stopping by for a snack and drinks.
