Nickel City Eats - Washington

As someone from the Southtowns, I had the pleasure of eating there tonight and I would have to say it is a taste of home. Every time I go home I get a Chicken Finger Sub, Beef on Weck and a Fish Fry. I will be back on Friday for the Fish Fry. If it is as good as the Chicken Finger Sub, I won't be disappointed. I tried the Wings (they aren't Buffalo Wings when you are from Buffalo) and they were pretty damn good. I don't know if you are open to menu ideas, but have you considered a Chicken Finger Pizza? It has Chicken Fingers on it and has blue cheese as the sauce. P.S. From those not from the Buffalo area, the Southtowns is the suburbs south of Buffalo.

I am from Buffalo and had stopped in Missouri on a road trip from California, I had eaten Buffalo food and ordered a chicken finger Sub, it was phenomenal and tasted as it would be in New York. The menu is fabulous and the owners and workers are great. I'm back in my book!

I'm so excited for Nickel City Eats! I waited for someone to get buffalo wings right and this place has them!! We tried the hot wings, the chicken finger (boneless for Missourians) and ththe curly projecting frits and all were super delicious!! The hot HM was excellent!! Look forward to a meal as the new place looks sharp! They have a 10 person table in the middle, so you can eat family style!! Great job and good luck in your new adventure!!

My wife and I tried this restaurant for the first time the other day and were blown away with the portion sizes and everything we tried was outstanding. The chicken wings are huge, we get our wings dry with the sauce on the side, we tried the mild sauce and the jerked sauce, they were very good. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be back soon!
