Rachel K's Bakery - Washington

We had heard a lot of good things about the bakery so it was on our 'must visit ' list. To our surprise, it wasn 't as some others had described. The pastries were not displayed in an appealing manner, the cut bars were cut into drastically different sizes, the cinnamon rolls were piled on top of each other with some having no frosting and some having a lot. There were no prices on anything! When we asked the young man behind the counter, he said the prices were in the register. Prices need to be listed somewhere, either in the display or blackboard. The prices were ridiculously high; which probably works great during tourist season but not off season. We could tell they weren 't selling a lot since it was after lunch and the displays were still quite full; It made us wonder if the items were even freshly baked. The worst part was when we were leaving, the young man behind the counter made a loud and rude comment about us not buying anything.

Rachel has the best Banana Pudding ever! I have to grab some whenever I am over this way!

I had cinnamon rolls last week and they were ok at best. The icing is only powdered sugar and they put in a bag and you lose all the icing on the paper anyway. For 4.00 each I was really expecting much better than they were. I was so excited to try the bakery but between that and the girl behind the counters apathetic demeanor I was very disappointed.

First time going today and I must say best baked goods I have had in a very long time! No one has made baked goods like this in a very long time. So, so, so, so delicious. 100% will be back to buy more and try more things! I had the cinnamon roll! Let me tell you something!!! There is no cinnamon roll that will beat this cinnamon roll and I love cinnamon roll's. I am 25 and just found the best cinnamon roll ever. Fluffy, soft, perfect amount of cinnamon, perfect amount of icing, and no gewy middle!! Rachel K, Rachel K! Thank you for blessing me!

There are many choices of baked goods and coffees. I had a brownie and chocolate chip cookie. Sadly they were dry. I’ve been twice and it was the same. Some people may like a crisp cookie. Just not for me ??‍
