Sonic Drive-In - Washington

I usually like Sonic because I haven?t had any issues and their food is good and quick while I?m on my lunch. Well I did a mobile order and got mine and my coworkers food and drove back to work 2 blocks away. Got my onions rings and ALL of them were burnt (FIRST PIC) so I went back through the drive thru and let them know, the same girl who brought my order out the first time came and got them from me. She was rude and short with me. Had to wait a little but that?s fine, then after she handed me the bag and said ?sorry? and walked off, I went back to work after looking in the bag and it all looked ok. Get back and finally sit down to eat and I go to take my onion rings out and notice that only the top 3 are new and my old BURNT ones were still at the bottom (SECOND PIC after I pulled the top one off and noticed the rest of them BURNT) unimpressed to say the least.

It has been very obvious this location is under new management/ownership. I have given time when there was a noticeable decline in service. Poor service in all areas. Many weeks out of product. Drive thru only all the time. I?m on lunch and this is what I see. I placed my order on the app (Drink and pretzel twist) I paid for it and here I wait and wait. One order point and that is at the window not even at the speaker. I give up, will now be on the search for a different place to get my diet coke extra ice with cherry and vanilla syrup ????????????

Just left drive up , was told they are closed after there last order , 6 cars in front of me. I asked why said all there machines were down. 3rd time in 2 months last time they were out of ice ,time before had to order by app. I'm local and enjoy a slush as there only a couple blocks away. Ordering a slush machine from Amazon, I'm done with Sonic's.

Took almost 30 minutes to get my food. Most of the shakes came melted. Forgot an item. Food came cold. And no spoons to eat the shakes. The fries were so salty, like unbearable. And the corn dog was tiny.

It?s like they are testing to see how poor of service and food I?ll eat. Terrible service and poor food. That explains why it?s empty all the time. It?s the second worst fast food in all Washington. I regretted each attempt to find something that might be good. I?m not going into detail because it?s bad across the board and the one thing they can get right with little effort would be the slushies right?? No, their slushie machine breaks down. Then you get the soda drinks that don?t measure the syrup to soda, food has little taste. Such a huge menu, can they do one thing well? I?d love to know what it is, but I?m not waiting all the time it takes there just to even take an order. This place is not worth trying. The empty stalls are so telling!! Ever again.
