Walmart Supercenter - Washington

I am not a big fan of Walmart, but this particular location is pathetic even when compared to other Walmart locations. The staff here falls to such low depths that even Walmart should be embarrassed for their crew of incompetent, rude people that aimlessly wander the aisles of this Walmart. Avoid this particular location. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

We were in the Garden Shop and the manager, Cathie went above and beyond to help us out on this early Saturday morning. We are very happy with grill she helped us with and we have only praise and well wishes for Cathie (and no, I am not her mother ; .

Very nice and clean store. People are also nice and friendly.

To whom it may concern, Christopher Robinson and Shandy Gurule should not be in management. This is why: We recently furnished our brand new home. Spending 30,000 dollars furnishing our home.Most items were purchased from walmart.We had one issue. We had a contractor come out to install our new tv. He took it out of the box. Installed it. When he went to set it up for us. The color was off. The tv seemed to be in dark mode. He went to settings to fix the brightness. It was on normal mode. Clearly this tv was broken right out of the box. It was missing a remote also. Therefore we used one of our other remotes to set the tv up. My wife went to exchange it for a working tv. The manager sent her to electronics to verify that the serial number matched. It did. That took 20 minutes. When she went back to customer service the manager christopher Robinson would not come out of the room he was in. He refused to come out of the room and talk to my wife. Instead he sent Shandy Gurule another manager after quite some time.She also refused to return the tv. The two managers were extremely unprofessional and rude to us on the phone and in person. They treated us so poorly. We have never been so ridiculed in our lives. We had a receipt. But they said we are just out the $403.00

Please don't tell my neighbors that I was here, they will chase me out of my neighborhood in their Priuses and Tesla's.
