Love getting coffee here. It is consistent every time so I know exactly what I'm walking into!

A quick stop for a cup of coffee. We got a coffee and a milo drink. Milo is a chocolate powder drink. It was like a milk mixed with water. The drink was very watery and no taste. But it cost almost $5, so we kept drinking. It needs way more Milo, more flavor, less water, and less milk.The coffee was good. It is strong and hot. The muffin is also good. It is a good size muffin and taste good. It is not too sweet.The cafe is clean and attractive to sit either inside or outside.

Really frustrated with the ordering experience at this location. This store simply needs more staff members. I’ve tried ordering the way employees have directed me to, by using the digital monitor at the store, but it takes 10-15 minutes to get a black coffee. I’ve tried ordering ahead and still had to wait for the mobile order well past the time it was supposed to be ready for pickup. I waited so long for a mobile order today that I just gave up and left without it so that I wouldn’t be late for work.I’m sure employees are trying their best, but they’re not set up to succeed at this busy location with the high number of hotel visitors and commuters who frequent it.

Over the top prices but offer over the top quality. The food is amazing and well prepared. Love the healthy mates like the Matcha or the Turmeric one. This place doesn’t disappoint

Because this was our nearest coffee shop, we ate here several times. Loved the location and outdoor seating. However the service could have been better. The staff was disorganized, slow and not very helpful. And for two mornings in a row they were out of whole milk and out of oat milk another morning.Thry also ran out of spoons had to eat yogurt with a fork. This could be an excellent place with more care.
