Midcity Cafe - Washington DC

Superb local place with awesome prices on the tasty cheesesteaks, wings, and other classic items.

This cafe has a verity of items on the menu that appeals to everyone. The menu includes food for vegetarians as well. My favorite is the Midcity platter, it comes with a choice of pancakes, French toast, or waffle. It also includes eggs with cheese, bacon, sausage, home fries or grits, and toast for only 7.25. For lunch and dinner I like the fajitas, steak cheese subs, and the curry chicken meal. Sometimes when I am not in the mood for food, I stop by for coffee, and Hershey's ice cream!

Food is always fresh and delicious. That chicken and waffles though! Oh yes and the mumbo sauce. You won't be disappointed. And the prices are great! Bon appetite.

Great value and high-quality food. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. My favorite dish is the Western omelet, and the Ethiopian menu they offer is fantastic as well. If you live in the area, this is definitely the place to go!

My breakfast is always fresh, served hot, and arrives quickly. It's consistently delicious!
