Absolutely wonderful brunch! Delicious food, attentive and friendly service, nicely balanced and fun mimosas, and all way reasonably priced than a meal that good should be!

Walked by to check out the brunch menu… a staff member came out to explain the breakdown of the different courses. We decided to try it and had a fantastic experience! Fernando was very knowledgeable and welcoming. All staff were extremely friendly and the chef’s food was impeccable. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming again in the near future! PS the new nitro cold brew was great!

It was a highly anticipated dining experience. I have been working as a cook for years and love keeping up with leading Chefs in the industry. When I found out that the Chefs who are running this restaurant trained with the finest master Chefs of the culinary field, I was excited to try their food. When I got there, the front of the house staff greeted me with much warmth and I immediately felt welcomed. I made reservations at the Chefs table which gave me the opportunity to see them in action. Incredible thing was that my water was always topped off. The server was knowledgeable and professional. As a professional cook, I know the value of excellent ingredients. The quality of each component in the dishes were great and they came together nicely. Everything was very delicious. I ordered four different plates which filled me up and satisfied my curiosity. I enjoyed spending my evening here and I can’t wait to try more dishes which I am sure I will love. Try the flat bread. Hands down the best I ever had.

We have dined at Shilling twice before Covid and have gotten takeout twice. We had their flatbread with prosciutto which was fine. Steak and eggs with the best potato rosti. Their meat is always good. Brunch burger was messy but delicious. Regular burger was good and recently the price has increased to add steak fries. Crab cakes at the time we got it was $35 and has increased to $39! You get two 4 oz. It was good but pricey even at $35. Update Brunch at shilling was pretty good. I specially enjoyed the dessert.

Visit for the food, and stick around for the drinks! I had a fantastic dining experience here; the food was incredibly delicious, and the service was prompt and very attentive to our needs. The cocktails are top-notch and rival the best in the area. This was all just from their brunch menu, so we’re really looking forward to trying their dinner offerings. Just a heads-up: a 22% service charge is automatically added to your bill, regardless of the size of your party.
