Overpriced, pretentious, all show and no substance, fat food, unctuouis server, a farce

Unbelievable presentation. The atmosphere was beautiful and not too loud (they simply allow the right number of people at any time). Some of the drinks were too fruity/sweet for my taste, but overall, a great experience.

A year ago, Barmini was in the minibar together with the cooking table. Both were just a dream of delicious innovative food and beverage creations. A unique experience. Over the top wonderful. Very warm service. Can't say the same for our return to Barmini to share the cocktail experience with friends from Texas. Yes, still amazing liberation chemistry and art... but this time we felt locked in our 2 hours slot, very controlled, the servers each movement was monitored by a woman on the ground to ensure that the tight schedule was held, and our server sounded very rehearsing. Well versed yes. Engaged, NO. It was a good experience for our friends, but the overall experience was not where close to them. Take a ticket, drive along, go right.... and don't stay.

I had mentioned that it was my boyfriend's birthday, and everyone went out of their way to make it special! The service was impeccable, the drinks were incredible, and the small plates were absolutely perfect.
