Cold Stone Creamery - Wasilla

I visited Cold Stone today to enjoy some ice cream and encountered four exceptionally well-mannered young men. They were all friendly, chatty, and efficiently serving customers despite it being a very busy day. One of them was particularly charming. I'm pleased to see that Cold Stone has really improved their service!

I ordered a Strawberry Blonde in a bowl, but when I went to eat it, I found no strawberries or caramel at all. I politely asked the server who helped me about the missing ingredients, but she was quite rude and unwilling to assist. She simply told me that if I didn’t like it, I could purchase another one, and that was the extent of her help. It's disheartening to see such a lack of respect for customers and their jobs these days. It’s a shame that some owners allow their servers to treat patrons in this manner.

Super busy but the staff was great at keeping everyone movie efficiency. 4 choices for those of us that have latcose concerns. One was an almondmilk chocolate . Thanks we can only take so much sorbets before we go insane

The staff at this restaurant seemed completely indifferent to customers. I desperately needed to use the restroom, and while my husband was considering ordering ice cream while I went, we soon discovered that the restroom door required a key. While we waited, not a single employee acknowledged us, and what felt like an eternity (although it was really only about 10 minutes) passed without any form of recognition. There were three employees nearby, just looking at us without offering any assistance or even a simple "we'll be with you shortly." Realizing that I should have spent that time finding the nearest bathroom instead, we decided to leave before it became an emergency.

Cold stone is grest 99.9 of the time but yesterdays trip was kina gross 3 of the cold stone employees were so high they could barely function that i didn't care about as much as the fact that all 3 of the employees had no gloves on not one time that did it for me kinda gross
