That was my friend and I visiting for the first time, and we both loved it. The meat was incredibly tender; I could break it apart with a plastic fork, and it was seasoned perfectly. Oh my goodness! When I was in Louisiana, I wanted to cook something authentic from the South, and I found it here today. The service was quick, and the staff were very friendly. It was definitely worth the trip from Anchorage!
