Chili's Grill - Watauga

The food is good, but not exceptional. Generally, we find the quality of the dishes to be quite satisfying. The pickup service has been reliable, although there have been a few occasions where it was slower than expected. I recommend checking your order before leaving, as we've experienced some missing items; however, I understand that mistakes can happen. It would be helpful if there were a notes section on the ordering site to indicate any specific requests or to inform them if something should be left out.

Everything here is delicious! You offer a little bit of everything, and your prices are fantastic for a full-service restaurant. While the service can be a bit slow at times, it’s usually quick, and waiting is often worth it! I absolutely love the grilled ribs, the corn on the cob, and the spicy sausage (check out the pictures)! The staff is incredibly friendly as well!

We dined at this restaurant for the first time, and my boyfriend chose it as a stop for an early dinner. We loved it! Besides the delicious food, what made it such a fantastic experience was the exceptional service. Our server, Kally, was amazing! She went above and beyond with menu recommendations and drink suggestions. I'd definitely return just for the service we received. Great job!

Although our meals were brought to us by a different waiter, our waitress never checked in to see if everything was satisfactory, including how our steaks were cooked. Fortunately, everything was fine. She passed by our table multiple times without even acknowledging us. We all needed drink refills, but we didn't receive those until we were well into our meals. When she finally came by to take our drink order, we were polite, but it was clear we were unhappy, so she had someone else bring our drinks. The same happened with dessert; we ordered it, but she didn't bring it. Instead, she spent most of her time chatting with customers at the bar and at another table. We were there for over two hours. We'll definitely return to this restaurant, but we will request to sit in a different section to avoid her service. I just wish I could remember her name.

For my main course, I ordered the Oldtimer cheeseburger, but what I received was unappetizing and not up to standard. The meat patty was tiny, extremely thin, and charred! To top it off, the patty wasn't even round but rather an unusual shape. Come on, Chili’s! I expected better than this. As for the fries, I got what seemed like a small serving from McDonald's. Overall, I cannot recommend this Chili's location. It’s disappointing to pay $49 for a meal that was such a letdown. Chili’s, you should really consider making this right.
