Amato's - Waterbury

I was shocked to see a real amato as it has been for years and years. I had to stop and order food. It is not as big as a normal Amato restaurant as it is attached to a gas station. It was exactly that reminded, nothing special, but better than normal gas station and had a decent taste.

Friendly, quick service in making a delicious and inexpensive Blt.

A little pricey but not bad it's a good change of pace place to eat I

Stopped here out of exasperation and to use the restroom. I decided to get a sandwich and I was very surprised at the quality of the vegetables. Definitely better than your average Subway in terms of veggies, bread and meats. Staff was friendly as well. It'll definitely do in a pinch after being stuck in Stowe traffic!
