Caribbean Fire Side Grill - Waterbury

I recently dined at this restaurant after a long 10-hour drive from neighboring Suriname, and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious! The burger I ordered was one of the best I've ever had, with a unique slice of apple in the middle that added a spectacular taste. It was so juicy and flavorful that I didn't even need to use any extra sauces. I also tried the Mac and Cheese, which was delightful with chopped veggies that made it even more delicious. The service was excellent and the overall vibe of the restaurant was cool. I enjoyed my meal so much that I returned the next night and had a similar experience, this time adding the black-eyed peas side dish which was just as delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a great atmosphere.

The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance and the cuisine was delicious. Although the dishes were served individually instead of all at once, they were made to order and freshly prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered.

The oxtails, jerk chicken, and Mac and cheese were absolutely amazing. Don't come here expecting the usual - these dishes have a unique and authentic flavor. I will definitely be visiting this restaurant again.
