Since the pandemic the lines are longer and my orders are frequently wrong. I understand that good help is hard to find at this time but after paying $5+ for my coffee and realizing its not what I ordered, gets my day off to a bad start, especially since I waited so long for it and repeated my order 4 times.

I haven't visited Dunkin' much since I'm in California, so this was a nice treat. The staff were very friendly and prepared excellent drinks!
