Hindsight Bbq - Waterbury

WOW!!! The BEST BBQ I've had in years. Me and my lovely wife went for the first time and were not disappointed. Great people, great food. And best of all, close to the house. We will definitely become regulars.Parking: Ample parking.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for the kids.

We ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. Amazing. Flavor was incredible (as I would expect from them), picked it up this morning (along with a pint of their gravy and an apple pie), kept it warm in my oven for about an hour before guests showed up. Stayed moist, tasted great. Will def be ordering again next year!

Awesome food! Real deal BBQ and good craft beer on draft. Next time I go I’m gonna get the platter we went for some of the specials this time.

The only problem I had was getting here. Braving the unholy gauntlet that is I-84 and CT-8. Unfortunately you can easily miss your turn if you drive too fast. It's also expensive but such a barbecue is worth it! Though the menu could use more variety. I'll definitely come back. PS: Bring back the Duck Fat Fries....PLEASE!!!

I was very appreciative to get the responses that I did when I called regarding gluten-free/celiac friendly menu options. During my call, the chef walked me through the entire menu regarding what was safe for me to eat; he took this very seriously. The food was great!
