Lord Byron Steak Seafood House

I take restaurant reviews very seriously and typically avoid writing negative ones. However, in this instance, I'm compelled to share my experience in hopes it can lead to improvement. We arrived at 7:30 a.m. and didn’t see our waiter for nearly 20 minutes. After finally taking our drink order, things only got worse. We waited an hour for our appetizer, and our main dishes didn’t arrive until two hours after we were seated, all without any explanation or apologies. To make matters worse, one of our main courses was incorrect. Overall, the service was disappointingly poor, especially considering the high prices. I want to thank the young woman who provided great service throughout the night by refilling our water glasses and stepping in when our waiter vanished – her kindness was truly appreciated.

The ridge-eye steak was tough and difficult to chew. It wasn't worth the price.

The ambiance is beautiful, and the service and food are amazing.

Great supper at the Lord Byron! The waiter was so attentive and the owner actually came over and introduced himself which was a nice touch. Food was amazing and the baklava was out of the world. Can't wait to go back again.
