The Watermark Taphouse & Grille

We really enjoyed this place. Service was really good. Appetizers came out quick and the server was constantly checking on us. Mains were good and filling. One of the better spots in Waterdown.

Update: After a few more years we gave it another few tries and the food was much better. Updated food score is a solid 4 out of 5 (depending on what you get). Mac and cheese, brisket plate and a few other things are especially great (kudos since two dishes I called out are brisket based) and that coselaw is excellent (5/5).So awesome work improving the menu, recipes or consistency.The atmosphere and even look of the food plating is great. Excellent atmosphere, location is so convenient, staff have been good each time we have gone or ordered take out.

We were regulars at this place but never again again after tonight. Horrible service from hostess Janice! Rude lady didn’t accommodate a simple request for a quiet booth even tho we had on our reservation!!!

I ordered take-out (feta bruschetta bites and 2 apple bourbon pulled pork platters) and was honestly appalled at how the food was presented upon reaching home. I sent this feedback to the restaurant showing them the photos, however it got ignored. Needless to say I won't be ordering from here again.

Great service; friendly, no pressure to hurry up and order. Food was excellent as well..
