Panera Bread - Waterford

We ultimately decided to simplify things and just ordered soup to speed up the process. Although it took a little while to receive our order, the place was quite busy. Locating the beverages was also a challenge; the iced coffee was located with the sodas, not at the coffee stand, and those drink stations were situated halfway across the restaurant. This was not clearly explained, even when we asked. Despite the challenges, it was evident that most customers were familiar with the system, while we were not regulars. In the end, we thoroughly enjoyed our soup and chili. The total came to a hefty $35 for three bowls of soup, along with an iced coffee and iced tea, but with Mom's gift card, we didn't mind the expense.

All dishes were exceptional! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was delightful. A perfect spot for breakfast!

When I asked if they could add more coffee to balance out the overwhelming creaminess, the employee replied that she would need to consult her manager, Jim. She did not take the cold brew to show him my concern, nor did Jim come out to speak with me directly. Upon her return, she informed me that Jim said this is how cold brew is supposed to be made and that they wouldn't be adding any more coffee. I expressed my dissatisfaction with what felt like a cup of milk, simply asking for more coffee to be added—not even for a complete remake. Additionally, I'm unsure what they consider a "large" coffee, but what I received was a cold brew served in a small cup, despite paying for a large. Overall, I spent $15 on what amounted to milk disguised as coffee and a soup that was only two-thirds full.
