Olive Garden Waterloo

I must start by explaining my 3 star rating. the hostess when we arrived was not accommodating, so this is 3 and not 4 stars. we sat next to another group, literally 1 foot from their chairs, standing in one. I asked myself to stand on the next one who was open, and she had to check with her superior. the superior has not allowed us to move on a Saturday night due to full reservations at 8:30 a.m. if they had been full, I would have understood, but this one left our whole stay empty. the server was a very nice man who was very worried about us. he had served us over 2 years ago and remembered us! good on him if I could remember his names to give him a scream! eating was very good and unforgettable. for a chain restaurant I was very happy with our food! hostesses could use a few courses in customer service!

We stopped for dinner tonight. eating was very good as any other olive garden we were. the waiting staff is very friendly and helpful the tables were all comfortably located. this is a certain holding place when they are in this city our waiter name was paige and she needs an increase because it is amazing and very helpful.

I always order my dinner from olive garden. I work 2nd layer for a local hospital and my man always gets me olive garden once a week. last week they forgot to pack my meal in our order. the personal was about apologetic to me. the manager offered me to take my dinner to the hospital. I told them I'm fine, that I'll pick it up the next day, and her personal cared for me. you are amazing.

I was there a week ago and gave a Rave review. when I left this time, terrible. the main problem was the waitress. she needed to get everything. I had to ask another waiter to give me more suppe. Of course, she didn't get a big tipp from pam or me. we also told the manager how we felt. the manager gave us minze. I would still recommend it. love eating

We had a party of 3 adults and 1 child. We had a wait for about an hour to get a table which didn't bother any of us because it was a Friday night and they were packed. When we were seated the waitress was busy but still came to get our drink order and if we had wanted any appetizers. She got our drinks and order and was busy with her other couple of tables which had larger groups, no biggie. She promptly brought out our soups and breadsticks and my child's order because when dining with a smaller child we almost always order hers right away. We ate the soups and appetizer and she brought another round of soups. None of us realized the time and my child was busy wanting to go potty every 5 minutes or playing with her crayons. So we were just talking and a manager comes up and explains the kitchen made a mistake and lost our order and it was on the house and we shouldn't of had to wait so long. Which was completely unexpected and caught us off guard because no one was paying attention. The manager and the waitress and the other waiter in the seating area were wonderful and prompt and the food came out hot and fresh. Accidents happen and the staff went out of their way to make things right and we had a wonderful experience!
