Subway - Waterloo

The order was incomplete and the phone number provided was a fax number.

I was excited to use a Subway coupon for 3 footlongs at a very reasonable price. However, I was disappointed to find out there were exclusions in the fine print that I did not see, resulting in having to pay full price for 2 of my sandwiches. Despite this setback, the sandwiches I ordered were good. It was also disappointing to learn that not all Subway locations offer the specialty sandwiches advertised on TV, such as the Barkley, Simone Biles, and Tony Hawk sandwiches. This led to us having to change our orders in the store, as we had originally selected from the online menu. Overall, it was a mixed experience at Subway.

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with light ranch and light lettuce, toasted with provolone cheese. Unfortunately, it was missing the provolone, had no lettuce, and was not toasted at all. I tried calling several times for a solution, but none was offered. I ended up throwing the sandwich in the trash. Save your money and try a different location. The Cedar Falls location is much better.

So i got email saying I could get a sub if I bought one and to show cashier the code AFTER ORDERING she refused to take a code said it was for online but when I contacted support they said they apologize but the cashier was wrong this is not the only timeI had problems with this store I'm so over subway I will spend my money at sub city ????

The submarine sandwich I ordered was extremely disappointing. It was hard, lacked flavor, and was overall disgusting. It was not worth the money.
