Harvey's Restaurants - Waterloo

The employees are very nice, and this Harvey's restaurant is conveniently located for the WLU campus!

This restaurant is always crowded, but the food is delicious.

I went to get there to buy a veggie burger around 6 pm on Feb 8th,2023 to indicate which worker was making hamburgers at that time). The staff that had shift that time treated to me in very mean manner. I didn’t understand what she said at the first place and she looked at me like that I am stupid and make me feel embarrassed around other students. She were not wiling to explain and help to me. I got the veggie burger and it was dry and burned. It tasted burnt so couldn’t eat. Very disappointed that this place is in my university !

Vegetarian options: Loved the veg options, quick service and quiet atmosphere.

Mid. Half the time the food is amazing the other half not so much. I’ve had some good food, but some of my friends have been served raw chicken and moldy buns on multiple occasions. I’ve personally had one encounter with a moldy bun but I’ve been here about 20 times. Just gets the job done on campus.
