The babies can be seen wandering around in a chaotic environment. As for the cook, he resembles the Penguin from Batman, and he seems more focused on making money than anything else. It's quite disappointing!
As a potato enthusiast, I found the food to be delicious, and the portions were quite generous. I definitely filled up, just as I had hoped. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

The cuisine is exceptional, and the poutines are absolutely delicious! It has a charming neighborhood snack bar vibe.
