My 91 year old aunt told us to go there. The burgers were great and so was the potato salad. We were waited on right away. The ramp was easier for my aunt to use instead of the steps. Nice experience!! We will go again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I can't imagine how anyone can rate this place with more than 5 stars. The food is impeccable. The most delicious burger I've ever eaten and cooked, as I ordered. The density of the quantity varies depending on the day of the week and the time of the day. You have a welcoming atmosphere and great staff. And their specials every month are unique and amazing. If you do not enjoy your experience, it more about you and less about the business itself.

Voted the best burger in Watertown, even surpassing popular spots like Zwieg's, Mullen's, and various chain restaurants, I was eager to try it myself. However, after finally tasting it, I’m not sure why it holds such high acclaim. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries, and while it wasn’t terrible, it fell short of expectations—average at best and on the pricier side. The bacon, which was disappointingly thin, cost an extra $2. There were additional charges for takeout containers ($0.50 each), a 3% fee for not paying with cash, and a mandatory 10% gratuity for orders over $50 (though you can still leave an extra tip if you’re feeling generous after all the added costs). In total, I spent just under $60 to feed three adults, and we all left feeling unimpressed. There’s a lot of buzz in town about Bigg's burgers, but perhaps you’d enjoy them more if you indulged a bit beforehand. If you find yourself at Bigg's and craving a burger, it’s acceptable, but there are plenty of better options in town that are both tastier and more affordable.

I have nothing negative to report after multiple visits. This local bar offers a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The food is fresh and tasty, and the beer is always served cold. The burgers, wraps, fish, and chicken are all quite good. I definitely need to come back and try the pizza soon!
