The restroom was in poor condition, with dirt caked into the corners, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Additionally, there was standing water in the lobby, which is unsanitary. Considering they serve chicken there as well, I found that really unsettling. Overall, it was a rather concerning visit.
I attempted to place an order for chicken tenders, but was informed they were out of stock. I then ordered famous bowls and tacos, but when I asked for French fries, I was told they didn’t have any since they were closing in 10 minutes—despite it only being 10:43. After driving down the road, I took a sip of the sodas that came with our meals, and they tasted like straight chlorine. The chicken pot pie was dry and only lukewarm, and the famous bowls had dried-up chicken and lukewarm potatoes. The guy taking our order was very rude, and the woman who handed us our food was just as unpleasant. I will never go to that KFC again!
Upon entering the restaurant, I was disappointed to learn that many menu items were unavailable. The ambiance felt lacking, and the interior was uncomfortably cold. The food I ordered was poorly put together and did not meet the quality standards I expect from this chain. I paid in cash, but they were unable to provide change and kept the difference, effectively overcharging me for an unsatisfactory experience. This was not representative of Taco Bell's typical franchise quality. In my opinion, if they can't offer good service or a comfortable environment, they should consider closing until they can improve. Moreover, I noticed several staff members hanging out in the parking lot, leaving only one person to manage everything inside. The owner really needs to take action on this.
Where do I start?? First off..how about the practically ran out of a lot of food an hr before close..Next they over charge me for a 12 taco Supreme party pack..and the girl at drive thru ran it in two 6 packs and it charged me more..then they say I needto wait 20 min..and that was fine..but while I 'm looking at the receipt I notice the mistake..and take it in lobby and one ofthe girls said she would fix it then give me a refund after the tacos were made..Then when all is said and done..she comes outwith ONE party pack and acts like she accidentally made 2 FULL party packs and asks.. will that make up the difference for theextra? ..I say sure after thinking a min..then I thought it was all together in the first party pack..she says no that 's onlyone party pack..hold on then she comes back cuz they were in the process of making a SECOND party pack..and says.. there isSIX extra..AFTER already making me think im gonna get a second party pack..How pathetic is that?? ..I mean..is that the newhustle from THIS SPECIFIC taco bell/Kfc..I mean i have never had so many problems anywhere as i do EVERYTIME i visit this Kfc/taco bell .I mean just ONCE would I like the order to be right and just absolutely corr3ct the first time..why can 't i??? Ohand one more thing..while I was waiting for the party pack..I told them I wanted ALL the food I ordered when the pack came outso It was All fresh..but that was top easy..i had my other meal in the car getting cold now while I 'm in the lobby trying to getmy receipt fixed...I 'm not sure if I 'll ever visit this place again..As many problems I keep having Everytime I go there..Justsaying
Waited at the window for awhile because this lady was playing on her phone and not paying attention while there was a line of cars behinde us. And then we didn't even get our full order and she walked away.. and didn't come back I had to go in and getthe rest from another employee who was trying to clean the place.
