Heavenly Desserts - Watford

The desserts at this restaurant are fantastic, but the service is lacking. It appears that they are understaffed, as waiting over an hour for dessert is unacceptable.

The food was delicious, but the restaurant was very cold inside and the music was too loud and heavy, making it difficult to have a conversation. However, overall it was a lovely experience.

We had to wait over an hour for our desserts, which were below par. My brownie was overcooked and had become rock hard, likely from being microwaved for too long.

It was closed even though I made a booking. Paid for parking and travelled 30 mins for nothing. Total waste.

Absolutely amazing desserts and setting but awful service. We were a large group and the youngest (8 yr old) didn’t get her dessert with the rest of ours. We had trouble getting staff attention and eventually they started making her’s. She was sitting sad so everyone gave her parts of theirs and she was disappointed. She had got hers after everyone else had finished. The waiter had just laughed and said that it was on the list he had given the kitchen. Not even an apology! Also so slow to take our plates away. Our waiter seemed like he couldn’t be bothered
