Zizzi - Watford

I was initially turned away upon arrival for my reservation, but they were able to accommodate us without any problems. Despite having a delicious meal, the unpleasant smell inside the restaurant ruined our friends' evening out. The staff tried to cover it up with air freshener, but it didn't work. The manager acknowledged our concern and graciously gave us a discount.

Absolutely love this branch. Brilliant service and amazing food.

Very good reatraunt, friendly staff and great food! Would have been nice if the staff were a bit faster, I asked for the bill and the waiter didn't bring it for a good 10 minutes, if it was busy I would say fair enough by the reatraunt was not nearly full

This restaurant's quality can be unpredictable. During my recent visit, the service was slow and unprofessional - the waiter tried to clear my plate while I was still eating and even asked if I was finished when I clearly wasn't. While we've had decent experiences here before, this visit was disappointing. The food itself was fine.
