For the second time in 2 months we went excitedly to Watkins Glen for a meal at Jerlando 's. The last time we went we got a very surly waitress that took her time (and ours) coming over to the table. She was nasty through the whole process from ordering to throwing the food on the table and then walking away very quickly without so much as a is there anything else? . She did seem to like the people at one of the other tables as she visited then several times before coming back with the check and scooping up our plates and starting to run off. Long story short we went there again today hoping she wasn 't there, and guess what, we were seated in her area again. Sat for 20 minutes without so much as a glance in our direction. When my Wife got up and asked if we could have someone come over to our table, her response was: We will get to you in a few minutes! . The Restaurant had maybe 10 tables occupied and most appeared to be eating or finishing their food. We wished we could have had the younger waitress because she appeared to actually care about her Customers. Stay way from the heavy waitress with the Tattoo around her wrist, she nasty and will bring the business to an end single highhandedly with her behavior. We did leave immediately after she told my Wife that we need to wait longer because she had no desire to do her job. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
