I ordered a full leaf cake for my baby shower with a last-minute email design request. The staff was courteous and efficient, and the cake turned out to be a huge success – both in size and flavor. I’m absolutely obsessed with their dream cake (a white cake with banana). It was so light and fluffy! We couldn't keep our hands off it. I ordered from Freedom Bakery, and the frosting was just as delightful – light and tasty, not thick and heavy like what you’d find at Costco. My family has been buying cakes from Liberty Bakery since I was a child, and we have never been disappointed.

I can't understand why anyone would choose another bakery on the Monterey Peninsula when you have Freedom Bakery—it truly is the best. For my wedding in September, they created a stunning three-tier buttercream cake with a black and white design, complemented by raspberry and amaretto mousse. The cake was not only exceptional in taste but the service and overall experience of working with this company were outstanding. Paul conducted a highly informative and entertaining tasting session for us, during which we sampled around 12 different cakes. Since our wedding was outdoors, Paul coordinated with the venue to ensure the cake was well-protected from the heat and sun. It was a breath of fresh air to collaborate with a company that genuinely understands customer service, especially in the wedding sector. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, working with Freedom Bakery and enjoying the cake itself was a genuine pleasure!

Freedom Bakery did the cakes (and Brownies Blondies) for our wedding we had a cake bar with 6 different flavors of cakes and people were legitimately going wild for them. We overheard people saying that they've never had wedding cake like this, and we have to agree... they are deliciously moist and flavorful. We're still hearing about how fabulous the cake bar was! Whatever you do, make sure you come here to at least do a tasting... it will blow you away.
