Mcdonald's - Waukegan

The restaurant is clean, efficient, and value-for-money.

I used to have no issues at this restaurant until recently. I ordered a meal for my family and as we were leaving, we realized something was missing. When I opened my fish sandwich, I found hair on it. I had to go back inside and speak to the manager, who tried to deny that it was hair but couldn't explain what it was. We exchanged the sandwiches for something else. The problem is that now the workers are talking about me in Spanish in a mocking way to try to get free items. I paid for my order and I don't want to find hair in my food. They need to own up to their mistake and move on. Just because someone may not look like they speak Spanish, doesn't mean they don't.

They wanted to charge me $0.30 for a ranch that they were supposed to give me with my chicken nuggets

I don't eat there anymore yuck McDonald's sells people people and have been covering it up for years I don't even eat hash browns any more or tea . However I do give rides and pick up door dash for others and the service is ok with the older black lady who works there. This location has a older dude big Latino working taking orders he is rude rude rude and should not be there the ladies are very kind and professional

We came for fries and milkshakes-5:00 pm-early enough that the ice cream machine should still be on.... wasnt working of course-so we ordered sodas and they gave us diet....probably because i asked them why they turned the machine off so early in the day on a 80 degree day lol! So i took my sad 6 year old to chic-fil-a instead. Machines always work at chic-fil-a
