Chili's Grill - Waukesha

We had a gift card for this restaurant, and it was our first time visiting on a Monday night. My wife and I were seated and received our menus, which had many options to choose from. We decided to share a large appetizer and a queensadilla, and everything was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I hadn't been to this restaurant in years, and I regret waiting so long. Our server was very attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of. The food was incredible—I had the honey chipotle chicken waffles, and my mixed drink (something with Captain in the name) was also excellent; it was just the right balance—not too sweet and not overly strong. If it weren't so far from me, I'd definitely come back much sooner!

This was a wonderfully relaxing restaurant to dine at. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Our server, Sydney, was polite and attentive. Thank you for providing such a positive experience.

It is not a secret that every restaurant is striving to find and maintain a complete staff. I praise the restaurants that do their best to do with what they have. on Tuesday evening at 17 o'clock the restaurant was busy. there were two server, a bartender, a hostess, a manager and kitchen staff. the two servers did their best to stay on numerous tables, ordering, filling drinks, etc. the manager was cleansing and table control. the kitchen staff brought the food to the table as soon as it was ready. Given the circumstances, I would not have asked for a better culinary experience, and I really think that the personal deserves recognition for working together and the best of hard (and certainly not funny) times.

Service was not great on a Friday night. The hosts were a bit absent-minded and careless (they almost seated people at our table, not realizing we were still there), and the servers did not check us regularly. They even forgot the people across from us for a good while. When they were at our table, they were polite (I say they because Preston was training Brittany, and he did very well in offering her insider knowledge of the trade... Well done, Preston). Food was good. The 2 for $25 deal was fun because we got to get an appetizer and dessert. Portion sizes are fair. Highly recommend the skillet cookie!
