Cousins Subs - Waukesha

The food is great and they don 't mess up very often. I have noticed in the past couple of months that some of the crew isn 't as nice as they used to be or maybe they have new crew members. The wait times are long especially through the drive thru but I totally understand why they are and it would be easier to accept the wait times if the crew were nicer, they don 't say anything like 'it 's going to be just a bit ' or 'thank you for waiting ' and it would be great if they gave you your sodas while you wait for your order. Like I said the food is great but the crew 's customer service skills are lacking.

Always a great place for Subs. We use the drive thru much and order on the line for pickup. The staff is working hard and doing a great job. Always enjoy ordering our sub-parts from there!

Terrible experience. We came through the drive thru, ordered our sandwiches. Mine shouldn't be a Mayo because I have a food allergy. When we came to the window and our food was handed over, I said the club has no Mayo, right? I was sure it was right. Drove home, open sandwich, Boom Mayo on sandwich. I was back in the car with my husband, went back, the lobby was closed so we drove to the window. I've been knocking on the window for a few minutes. A little blonde came into the window. My husband gave her the sandwich and said it had Mayo. There should be no Mayo because my wife has a food allergy. She immediately told us that she made the sandwich and that it wasn't wrong and that it wasn't Mayo. Never seen. Then she slammed the window and a man came back with another sandwich and we asked for her name and he could not disclose this information. I asked for a manager. He said he was one, but could not reveal his name, and he did not seem to worry about the situation. And the sandwich was still wrong. We've eaten cousins every week. Never again. Bad customer service. I hope that's not how cousins do business, but in today's world they probably have to choose from the bottom of the barrel to even get workers.

I gave this subshop a 2-star rating, as the staff was so friendly, warm and happy, but the sub on my first attempt will be my last! Bread reminded me of beautiful solid baquette roll. dry/hard and thin.. no soft gooey bread love JS! The Italian sandwich I could say most was the Provolone cheese the best part. Limited salad over all weak sad as you see the locations around! I won't return.

We are so used to getting out, but we ate during this last visit inside.... my goodness, her food so good when it's fresh.... I mean, it's always good, but a hot sub directly from the grill is hard to beat. We eat a lot here and I can't remember ever having a bad experience.
