Smokin' Jack's Bbq - Waukesha

I was completely disappointed with this bbq dinner. It was cold and unseasoned. From first glance it appeared to look good however once I started to eat, a lot of the meat was fat! Please see the picture. I ordered a combo plate of brisket, rib tips and pork shoulder. I got 1 full piece of brisket, the other piece was a slice of fat. There was a big chunk of pork shoulder but underneath was all fat. There were 3 rib tips, one was all bone. They also forgot the bbq sauce and when I ordered offline, I selected 2 sauces. The sides I ordered were baked beans and bbq rice. The baked beans had more sauce than beans, it was like gravy and the rice was nasty (may be good to others though). The shoulder meat was tender but none of the meats had enough seasoning. I ended up throwing this away and I HATE to waste money. Only thing good was the garlic bread. This was $23.00.

I'm reviewing the food truck the restaurant The 1 stars I'm giving is because of the customer service. The people are nice but the food is very skimpy Mid. They charge you a lot of money but they put the sides in condiment containers. You have got to be kidding me. The barely give you meat but the whole point of eating here is for the meat. I wouldn't eat here again but if you do YOU BETTER GET THE BBQ SAUCE...because that's where all the flavor is.

Bravo BBQ! I was so thrilled to find a new Amazing BBQ in Pewaukee! The owner, food truck, employees Most importantly the food is a 10 out of 10! I was so bummed when my former BBQ WKA place moved to only MKE...I am so thrilled grateful for Jack's quality value! The pulled pork was so amazing, it really didn't even need BBQ sauce but I did a tad anyways. I think I'm going to end up going every Weds night to Pewaukee farmer's market because of him.
