Taylor's People's Park - Waukesha

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the pork tenderloin sandwich, and it was likely one of the best sandwiches I've ever tasted. They also offer delightful lemonade with various flavor options. I sampled the raspberry and strawberry lemonades, and both were fantastic. I can't wait to return soon!

The food was decent, good service. We got there about 30 minutes after they opened and they were already out of the sweet potato browns. So I got fruit instead and upcharged $2! I find that BS Great coffee

I've been visiting People's Park for years and absolutely love it! They serve strong drinks, the atmosphere is intriguing, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The old fashioned is consistently delicious, their spring rolls are fantastic, and the fish fry on Fridays is simply mouthwatering. However, despite all the positives, I can only give it four stars for a few reasons: even when the restaurant is only half full, you might wait over 20 minutes for water. Also, coffee is served in glass cups—which might just be my personal preference, but I'd prefer a mug. Lastly, some items on the menu are a bit disappointing and, in my opinion, overpriced (bruschetta, I'm looking at you). Still, if you're fortunate enough to be in Waukesha, definitely stop by for a meal!

Overall, I had a wonderful experience! The service was excellent, and the venue is charming with plenty of seating. We visited for a business lunch, and it was simple to place our orders and settle the bill. However, the parking situation around lunchtime can be quite chaotic, so I recommend giving yourself a little extra time if you're meeting someone. The salad I ordered was quite tasty, although I don't think I've ever tried grilled Romaine lettuce before. It paired surprisingly well with the fried shallots, bacon, and Gorgonzola.
