One of my new favorites to stop visit. We picked up some excellent aged cheddar mozzarella for some homemade pizza. They even had some ‘00 flour and other goodies like spicy honey to go with it.
The atmosphere is delightful, with a fantastic variety of cheeses and plenty of fun merchandise to explore.
The restaurant had a great aesthetic. The employee at the cheese counter was knowledgeable and very friendly. The charcuterie boards they prepared for a wedding were absolutely stunning.
What a wonderful surprise! I had no idea this place existed. They offer a great selection of craft beers, cheeses, jams, ice cream, chocolates, Kim's BS Sauce, and more. On this visit, I picked up several cheeses (Rattlesnake, smoked Gouda, Grumpy Goat, and horseradish and chive Havarti) along with some Founders Breakfast Stout. We will definitely be stopping by again when we're in the area!
