Burger King - Wauseon

I just came from this location in Wauseon, Ohio. I had the most terrible service I 've ever had. First they were slow and rude. Then the kiosk didn 't ring up my order correctly. Then the manager told me they couldn 't change or cancel an order. They were incredibly rude about it too. Then the website wants me to upload a receipt but I didn 't complete the purchase. Why would I? I didn 't get what I wanted and they were rude. I 'm not paying for bad service. I literally had to walk out bc they wouldn 't cancel it And let me reorder. Also your phone system sucks bc you can 't even get a human on the phone.

Was just passing thru, food was excellent and service was excellent ?

I called to ask a question and the lines were jarbaled, and Kiara took the time to call me off another line to make sure all my questions were answered. Very awesome and great service!

The younger night time drive thru woman is the main reason I come here, just gotta finish my confidence classes though but the second reason is the spicy chicken!Parking: Well it's a parking lot so if you've never used or seen one then I guess good luck, common sense here?
