The Station House - Waverley

The food was lovely some of the chips were cold but because the service was so slow we didn’t worry about sending back. The staff really tried their hardest but you could see they were short staffed. Would definitely come back again but maybe not for dinner.

We booked the upstairs function room for a birthday brunch for 25 people. The staff were brilliant, they managed to get all the different food orders out pretty much together and it was delicious. We would definitely go again for a meal or if we had another function.

Very disappointed with the food. Price tag suggests this should be a miller and carter style however the food was bland, overcooked and tasteless. Not worth the money at all

The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and friendly staff, but the food was disappointing. I ordered the BBQ bundle which included BBQ ribs, half a chicken, and chicken wings. The wings lacked flavor and sauce, the chicken tasted roasted instead of BBQ, and the coleslaw was unappetizing. For the price of 55 pounds, the portion of chips was inadequate, with only a few onion rings being the highlight. Unfortunately, this is not a place I would choose to visit again.
