Embassy Restaurant & Tavern - Wawa

I've been here many times for breakfast and it's always great. It's the place to go for eggs and bacon type fare. I like the eggs Benedict.

Being the only breakfast eatery in town, this was a bustling place on Saturday morning, filled with local families who all seemed to greet each other as they came in. Our waitress was very busy, yet prompt and friendly. The food was plentiful and good. The bathrooms and restaurant were clean. A good experience.

Wawa is a stopover for us as we travel west to Calgary from Oakville.We always look forward to a plate of Pickerel , Whitefish or Laketrout while travelling through this beautiful area of Northern Ontario, and would eat it 3 meals a day if possible.The embassy served the best pan fried Pickerel ever! Crisp lightly battered, sweet and cooked just right. Delicious. Accompanied by beautiful fluffy mashed potatoes and sautéed mixed fresh veg. Awesome dinner. Our server Steph was very attentive and fast. We really felt welcome by her friendly conversation and loved the food.We sat in a comfy bench in the very large dining room which can easily accompany large groups and was well partitioned. This is a must>

Drove through town at 5 pm on Sunday aqfternoon and wanted something to eat before heading east on highway 101. This place was one of the few open late and had good coffee and deluxe vegetarian burger.

It's in a food court inside a mall, I know, but this is the best place to eat you will find in a food court inside a mall, guaranteed.
