Bojangles - Waxhaw

The Mayo on this sandwich was so overloaded that it looked like Godzilla busted a nut on it. That was just horrendous to look at.

This bojangles is terrible! Ran by way too many young kids, who don’t know the meaning of customer service AT ALL! I pulled up to the window, the girl did not greet me at all, she just looked at me and waited on me to hand her my card, after I received my food I looked in the bag, I had fries (I asked for Bo rounds). I back up and let them know “Hey, I wanted Bo rounds”. A guy then proceeded to say “we don’t have Bo rounds” so I said to him “ok, so instead of saying you don’t have them, you all just decided to put what you wanted me to have in my bag?” He said “YES! We don’t have Bo in pounds”. This is not my first bad experience here and it seems to be getting worse. Need to hire a whole new staff, this is awful.

The drive thru voice recognition system is terrible, slow awkward in confirming. Manager had a surly attitude

The virtual assistant is terrible and there was no human interaction while we struggling to order.

The virtual assistant is trash. Trying to cut costs with an AI assistant that does not work will hurt your business. Never coming to this location again.
