Subway - Wayne

My daughter works at this restaurant, and I must say, it's a clean and welcoming establishment.

Good sub's but they are nothing like fresh made like Chicago subs

The owner is just as rude as her associate's.I don't understand why the owner of a franchise isn't more friendly....a very successful franchise at that...Not because there all friendly or anything...there's just not many choices in Wayne WV...If your that unhappy with your life and your business maybe you should rethink your situation...maybe just maybe do something else you might enjoy life a little more...I'm just saying....If your that miserable with life you can't say THANK YOU or HAVE A GOOD DAY....maybe you should rethink your priorities....

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Subway. I ordered my food through the app and paid for it in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, they claimed they had no record of my order. Despite showing them proof of payment, they refused to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable customer service! They could have at least offered to make my order again, but they turned down my request. I’m really let down by this experience. Service: Takeout.

The staff were fantastic! They prepared my sandwiches with both flair and professionalism. Thank you!
