I frequently order delivery from this restaurant, and I'm always impressed with the quality of the food and the speed of the delivery. I truly love this place, and I appreciate the staff for consistently getting everything right!

I encountered a minor issue with my order, but the staff handled it swiftly and effectively. They were exceptionally courteous throughout the process. The manager took prompt action to resolve the situation, which has convinced me to choose this location over others in the future. The only downside was the Jimmy John's support helpline; when I called about the issue, they automatically notified the franchise owner, which doesn’t seem fair to the employees.

The music selection was quite loud, with "HYFR" by Drake playing at an uncomfortable volume.

Grumpy staff, closed doors. It was like I inconvenienced them by ordering. Just needs some different employees and systems. Sometimes walk in is available, sometimes online only. Strange situation

Requested extra vegetables. Paid 12 dollars for the most disappointing experience ever. Asked for extra sauces. Got the driest sandwich ever. I?m upset I can?t give feedback. Trash
