Best ice cream there is!! Everything in the market is fresh daily

Waited maybe 10 minutes for service, all the while there were 3 people in the back of the kitchen just watching me and talking amongst themselves. Multiple people walked by and never offered service or even a one moment please. There were so many flies in this store, and since I couldn 't see where they were coming from, it feels like it must be the kitchen. Not a single clean table, and the seats were dirty too. On my way out I made the mistake of going to the bathroom and was greeted by a full puddle of **** covering both my shoes.

As with most of them. This braums has gone way down hill. In both quality and service

Ordered a Strawberry Blueberry salad on Friday evening and got home with it and the lettuce was brown and slimy... Ended up throwing it out. Waste of $8.18.... Not the first time this has happened.
