I’m actually giving this location a NO STAR. This is a prime location situated by a highway. They share a restaurant with Tim Hortons. One of the busiest coffee shops! We had come for lunch today (Sunday August 6-23). It was pretty busy inside. It was of course lunch time, approx 1:30pm. We find a booth, and clean it ourselves and sit our four hungry children down. We just finished at a park for the past three hours. We were hungry, wanted to wash our hands and use the bathroom. We get everyone seated and I proceed to find a bathroom. I can’t see a visible sign, however I see a door that’s all blocked off like a crime scene, and I ask the young lady working where the bathrooms are. She tells me they are closed for 20-30 minutes for cleaning. What??? First off, this is prime lunch time. Secondly, Tim Hortons is a coffee shop, located by the highway, where people frequent for a bathroom. I asked if there were any other bathrooms and I was told “NO”! I was so mad, I packed the kids up and we left. How in the hell is there not a bathroom available at a busy location during peak hours? We drove out of our way to come here. I had to drive back to my house to pee and clean my children up before heading back out to McDonalds. Completely unacceptable. Will not visit this location again. Be warned. Bathrooms may not be available in a restaurant, unheard of!

People working at this place are not good. I got my order with orange juice. She didn’t give it to meI came back and she refused to listen to me even though I paid for my product.These people need to be disciplined and fired. Wendy’s is becoming horrible option for not understanding people’s ordersAnd no one offered to pay me back

Great breakfast sandwiches and overall meals. Trish was great smiled while services and help out with questions very professionally. I will recommend this very family and friends. Thanks to all the employees.
