My aunt and uncle treated my family to this non-small burger joint and we were all shocked how well everything tasted. As Floridians we don't get used to NY-style food and we were very glad that our aunt and uncle brought us here. The burgers were huge and served on fresh hard rolls with a side of delicious homemade hot sauce. The choice of pages included perfectly crispy French pommes, perpetrator darts and to our surprise, sweet potato fries! The atmosphere is relaxed with plenty of space for many family and friends and there is even a small arcade area. Pricing is also fair and you can buy vouchers for a free Cheeseburger, so this is a great deal for large groups.

Excellent meal. Wife and I both enjoyed our what we had. Fish fry for me and veggie burger for my wife.

On February 19, I returned to Webster and was thrilled to use a phone voucher for a free cheeseburger. Your cheeseburgers are incredibly delicious, and the fries are perfectly crispy. The staff is friendly as well. I’ve wanted to buy a souvenir T-shirt, but every time I ask, they’re out of stock. Please make and sell that beautiful black T-shirt featuring Bill Gray's Webster, NY—I really want to get one. I believe residents of Webster and Rochester should choose Bill Gray's over the chain restaurants. No one can compete with their hot sauce or the great deals offered through coupons. Their rolls are also top-notch. I think Bill Gray should provide vouchers to the manager of the Hampton Inn to display in their lobby. With all the travel occurring, local spots like yours need to attract visitors. Offering free delivery for orders over $50 at the Hampton Inn would be a great idea! A simple sign recommending guests ask the front desk for Bill Gray's vouchers would work wonders, too. It’s important to consider that not all guests may have access to smartphones for online vouchers. On December 31, 2019, I used the online coupons on my phone and enjoyed another great cheeseburger with crispy fries! Although it was busy, I managed to find a seat thanks to the ample space available. And on August 29, 2021, I once again took advantage of the website vouchers, because your food is consistently fantastic!

Great consistent food! Bill Gray's is a classic burger joint in Rochester, NY. The hot sauce really grows on you over time. The burgers are thin but flavorful, and the buns are fresh. The fries, onion rings, and mushrooms are also quite good. While it has become a bit pricey lately, it remains a fantastic spot to grab a burger, especially on a Friday night.

This is a decent burger place, but it's quite pricey for what you get. The interior could use a refresh; I'm not sure if it has been renovated in over 20 years. The atmosphere is quick and casual, but it definitely isn't somewhere you'd want to make a destination.
