Billy's is the best family restaurant in Rochester! My family and I visited on Saturday morning and ordered a variety of dishes. My kids enjoyed chocolate chip pancakes and Oreo pancakes, while my partner had French toast along with eggs and bacon. I indulged in an incredible cinnamon roll French toast. The food here is fantastic! We love coming here every weekend, and the staff is so friendly; they really make you feel at home! If you're craving delicious home-cooked food, give Billy's a try—you won't be disappointed!

This meal was fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable. The comfort food is delicious, making it well worth a return visit! It can get busy, so be prepared to wait. On June 6, 2021, I had the pleasure of dining here again. The employees are consistently nice, and the food is truly tasty. I came with friends, and we had a wonderful time, thanks to the friendly and efficient service. The food is always excellent and affordable. On January 9, 2022, I returned and was reminded of my previous experiences by a lovely waitress. The food continues to impress!

I visited for the first time a few months ago for breakfast, and it was fantastic! The food was served quickly, piping hot, and very generous portions. The breakfast options were excellent... I highly recommend it!
