Panera Bread - Webster

I've had my order messed up 4 out of 5 times. On one of my initial visits, I was taken aback by the attitude of one of the young managers. However, the other employees have generally been friendly and apologetic. Despite that, I still find that my order is incorrect or incomplete most of the time.

Came through the drive through and ordered the you pick 2- broccoli cheddar soup and mac and cheese. When I received my order the broccoli cheddar soup looked darker than it usually is so I brought it back through the drive through and both times I wentthrough I got Laurie the manager.. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL! She fixed my order right away, apologized and added in a cookiethat was amazing. People like her are the reason I will always come back, thank you for being so kind and helpful.

We can?t just review our bad experiences. With that being said, this is actually my first experience at this location and it was a mobile order but I had interaction with staff and between friendliness and food quality 10/10. Prices are kinda lame butthat?s Panera lol

I had a disappointing experience at this Panera Bread. I ordered the mac and cheese, and there was actually cheese powder sitting in the lid—it was barely cooked. I also ordered bread but received chips instead on a couple of occasions. While the staff was friendly, the food at this location is quite poor.

Disappointing! I visit a different Panera once a week, but this location is below par. The salad was wilted, and the strawberries tasted fermented; even the pineapple shouldn't have been served in that condition. The chicken soup was overly salty and lacked both chicken and noodles. The service was also quite slow. I rarely give just two stars, as I believe in giving places a chance, but I wouldn't recommend eating at this Panera.
